Dread Down Below

After gathering in the plaza to demand better working conditions and lower taxes, the lord and his henchmen seized you and cast you into the Sulf River. The river flows through vast underground caverns before plunging into rapids, on the other side of the mountains. 
You survived against all odds and now you find yourself in an underground river bank with little more than the clothes on your backs and almost no equipment. A strange metallic roar echoes through the darkness, setting your nerves on edge.
What do you do?

Dread Down Below is an dungeon-crawl adventure module inspired by Valencian folklore and originally written in spanish for the Folclore RPGJam 25 by El Refugio de Ryhope.

In it, the adventurers will face a labyrinthic underground fortress, home of demonic and fungal horrors with plenty of treasure but no easy way to get out.
